Hi, my name is Will Hesketh. I am the founder of Will Hesketh Fitness & Weight loss Bootcamps and Hesketh Personal Training.
Since starting out as a Personal Trainer in 2003, I have been fortunate enough to help countless numbers of men and women lose weight and improve their general fitness, to lead healthy and more energetic lives.
We run outdoor fitness programs for small groups of 15 - 20 people, we cater for everyone, men and women of all ages, shapes, sizes and fitness levels.
Our fitness boot camps combine the expertise and benefits of one-to-one personal training with the camaraderie and motivation of exercising in a group, with other people who have similar goals to you.
The sessions are outdoors and will move indoors during bad weather.
Each boot camp will last for 6 weeks; with sessions planned either once or twice per week either in the morning or the evening (see our list of camps for more details). We only take 20 people at a time on a camp to encourage the team to get to know each other and make new friends and help motivate each other.
